By submitting your information, purchasing services, or using the Learn To Get Clients LLC platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1) SERVICES PROVIDED

• Lead generation automation

• Workflow and pipeline setup

• SMS messaging, voicemail drops, and follow-up automation

• Appointment booking systems

• Business consulting & training resources

• Digital product access and sub-account marketing systems

We reserve the right to modify or update services.

2) ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Upload purchased or rented contact lists

• Send spam or prohibited content

• Use the system for illegal activities

• Attempt unauthorized access or system manipulation

• Violating US, state, federal, or carrier compliance regulations

We reserve the right to suspend services for violations.

3) DATA PRIVACY

Your use of the system is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to data collection as described there.

4) TITLE & OWNERSHIP

All materials, including training, platforms, workflows, designs, scripts, PDFs, dashboards, and AI configurations are property of Learn To Get Clients LLC and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

5) BILLING, SUBSCRIPTIONS & FEES

• You agree to pay fees associated with your package.

• Subscription fees are recurring unless cancelled.

• SMS/calling overage fees may apply.

• Platform access may pause for payment failures.

All onboarding and setup services are non-refundable.

6) SMS TEXT MESSAGING

By submitting your phone number, you agree that we may contact you via SMS regarding:

• Account onboarding

• Appointment scheduling

• Product/service updates

• Support & follow-up messages

7) NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Third-party outages

• Incorrect service use

• User implementation errors

9) TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Non-payment

• Violation of terms

• Abuse or misuse of system messaging or calling

10) THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

We integrate platforms (e.g., CRM, automation tools).

We are not responsible for performance or outages from third-party providers.

11) MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updates are effective once posted.

12) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of Texas.
